Classes To Try
Open Week invites you to come and try our classes — from our morning BOXFIT + Strength Classes, to our afternoon Boxing Classes. There is something for everyone, at all levels of fitness and boxing experience.
Box Fit : Circuit
A dynamic fusion of boxing and cardio — builds stamina, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Box Fit : Sweat + Burn
High-intensity boxing meets strength and cardio. Engages every major muscle group and torches calories.
Box Fit : Rounds
Train like a fighter — timed rounds rotating between boxing, conditioning and movement. Recover and go again.
Strength – Lower Body
Tone and strengthen the lower body. Build muscular endurance and explosive power with expert coaching.
Strength – Upper Body
Upper-body resistance training and targeted core conditioning. Engage shoulders, arms, back and core.
Box Fit : Hybrid — Boxing × Strength
One session, two disciplines. Bag work meets resistance training. High-energy and full-body.
Box Fit : Skills & Drills
Sharpen your fundamentals — skill drills, partner work, controlled conditioning. Quality coaching with attention to detail.

Your First Open Week Class
Never trained at West Central? Here's exactly how it works — no surprises, no guesswork.
Book Your Class
Once your Open Week pass is purchased, book your classes through the West Central app — pick the times that fit your schedule, sign in, and you're locked in.
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
First time at the gym? Roll up 10 minutes before your class. You'll meet your coach, get a quick lay-of-the-land, and settle in before the session kicks off.
Train At Your Level
Our AM classes and Intro to Boxing welcome complete beginners — no experience needed. PM classes are progression-based for those with prior training. Coaches will guide you to the right starting point for your level.
Repeat. All Week.
One pass means unlimited classes from 1 June through 7 June. Try one. Try them all. Find your favourite and your future routine.
