Never trained at West Central? Here's exactly how it works — no surprises, no guesswork.

Book Your Class

Once your Open Week pass is purchased, book your classes through the West Central app — pick the times that fit your schedule, sign in, and you're locked in.

Arrive 10 Minutes Early

First time at the gym? Roll up 10 minutes before your class. You'll meet your coach, get a quick lay-of-the-land, and settle in before the session kicks off.

Train At Your Level

Our AM classes and Intro to Boxing welcome complete beginners — no experience needed. PM classes are progression-based for those with prior training. Coaches will guide you to the right starting point for your level.

Repeat. All Week.

One pass means unlimited classes from 1 June through 7 June. Try one. Try them all. Find your favourite and your future routine.

Who is Open Week for?
Open Week is exclusively for new members — anyone who hasn't trained at West Central before. It's our way of inviting new people in to experience what we do, with full access to every class on the timetable for the full seven days. Existing members continue training as normal.
Which classes can I take?
All of them. Your Open Week pass unlocks every class on the timetable from 1–7 June — boxing, strength, conditioning, all hours of the day. Whatever fits your week, it's yours.
Are kids classes included?
No — kids classes are not included in Open Week. The Open Week pass covers our adult classes only (boxing, strength, conditioning, Box Fit and Intro to Boxing). For kids program information, please get in touch directly.
Do I need any experience?
It depends on the class. Our AM classes (Box Fit, Strength & Conditioning) and our Intro to Boxing sessions welcome complete beginners — no experience needed. Our PM classes are progression-based, so some prior training is helpful. Either way, our coaches will guide you to the right starting point for your level.
What should I bring?
Workout gear, training shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. That's it. For boxing classes, you can bring your own gloves and wraps — or just ask reception and we'll sort you out.
How do I book my classes?
Once your Open Week pass is purchased, all bookings happen through the free West Central app (iOS & Android). You'll see the full timetable, available spots, and can book or cancel right from your phone.
Can I bring my friend?
Absolutely — bring your friend. They'll just need to grab their own Open Week pass via the link, and they're good to go for the whole week alongside you. Open Week hits harder when you share it.
What if I can't attend the full week?
That's totally fine. The pass is valid from 1 June through 7 June — train as much or as little as fits your week. Whether it's two classes or twelve, the pass is yours.
Do I need to commit to a membership afterwards?
Not even slightly. Open Week is a no-strings-attached trial. If you love it, we've got flexible memberships waiting — and the team will be happy to chat through your options. But there's no obligation, ever.

We're at 70 Bacon Street, Hindmarsh SA 5007 — just minutes from Adelaide CBD. There's a map and directions in the next section below.
