01 Do I need any experience to join?
No experience needed. The challenge is designed for all fitness levels — first-timers, returning members, and seasoned trainers all welcome. Coaches modify drills, walk you through technique, and meet you where you're at.
02 What if I haven't trained in a while?
That's exactly who this challenge is for. Six weeks of structured training plus coaches and a team to keep you accountable is the easiest way to get back into routine — without trying to do it alone.
03 How much does the challenge cost?

Two pricing options:

  • Existing Members — for current West Central members $30 / week
  • New Members — includes unlimited access to all classes on the timetable $89 / week

The challenge runs for 6 weeks (29 June — 8 August) and includes everything listed in the inclusions above — no hidden extras.

04 How do the weekly payments work?

Your first weekly payment is taken on the date you purchase the challenge contract. After that, the following weekly payments line up with the weeks of the challenge.

So if you sign up a week early, your first payment goes through on the day you sign up — not at the start of the challenge.

05 What's actually included in the challenge?
Unlimited access to all classes on the timetable, coach support, group chat access, before + after Evolt body scans, supportive community environment, nutrition + meal plan guidance, weekly challenges, out-of-gym activities, team challenges, challenge awards, and the end-of-challenge celebration. Eleven inclusions, one challenge.
06 How does the team draft work?
At the start of the challenge you'll be drafted into either Team Blue or Team Red. You earn points for your team through training, attendance, and weekly challenges. The teams add a competitive layer — but your personal progress is always the priority.
07 What if I miss a week or can't make every class?
Life happens. The classes are unlimited but not mandatory — train as much or as little as fits your schedule. The coaches and team will help you stay on track even when motivation dips.
08 What happens after the 6 weeks finish?
You'll be invited to the End of Challenge celebration. From there, members typically continue with a standard West Central membership — but there's zero obligation. The challenge is a no-strings 6 weeks.
09 Where is the gym located?
We're at 70 Bacon Street, Hindmarsh SA 5007 — minutes from Adelaide CBD with free street parking. Get directions →
10 What should I bring to my first class?
Workout gear, training shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. For boxing classes you can bring your own gloves and wraps, or just ask reception and we'll sort you out.
11 How do I sign up?
