Friday’s knowledge, experience and dedication to Boxing is of immeasurable value to each of our fighters.

Nigerian-born, international boxing champion, Friday, is a valued member of our team and truly represents West Central’s core values.

A 20 year veteran of more than 200 amateur fights, Friday has an impressive string of credits.

2002-2006- Crowned Nigerian National Champion for 5 consecutive years between

2003-2006- All-African Games International Gold medallist

2005 - Competed in the Boxing World Championships (Beijing, China)

2006- He won the National Championship and was then selected to represent Nigeria at the Athens Olympics.

2006- Cuban International Golden Gloves Silver medal.

2006- Commonwealth Games Bronze Medalist (Melbourne)

Development Coach

Callum took up boxing at a young age and is passionate about training, learning and fighting. Callum, who has had more than 89 amateur fights, was the Australian Youth Champion in 2019 and was named best fighter of the tournament.

U19 youth national champion and male fighter of the tournament.

Intermediate Coach

Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge with his solid boxing background and national titles as an Infantry Soldier in the Australian Army.

With over 30+ boxing fights and 2 training camps in Thailand, Tyler has achieved some great things in the boxing world.

Tyler has also served in the Australian Army for 4 years. Some of his qualifications include:

Meet Rob, our dedicated HIIT trainer. Robs enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious, he is a strong believer in becoming the best version of oneself, both physically and mentally. He channels his passion into empowering others to succeed in their fitness aspirations.

Starting from the young age of 10, Mia has shown and proven that hard work and dedication does pay off.

She has completed her Cert 3 in Fitness and has gained skills in kickboxing and her training experience, Mia has become an inspiring coach and mentor to aspiring kickboxers and fitness enthusiasts.

Muay Thai Coach

Riswan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, with over 14 years of Muay Thai and Kickboxing training, and 12 years of coaching. As well as 7 professional fights overseas- predominantly in Indonesia.

Passionate about Muay Thai, Riswan is eager to pass on his knowledge to the West Central community.

Running Coach

Michael is our passionate about talented sprinting coach - he currently works closely with the Fight crew.

Michael has an impressive record - winning national medals throughout 2009- 2016.

Maria takes a holistic approach to treatment and rehabilitation. You will receive the most up-to date treatments to promote recovery and healing faster so you can get back to your life!

As a therapist, Maris is driven to educate others on the importance of incorporating both recovery and corrective exercises to achieve optimal performance and wellbeing. I pride myself on continuously learning and expanding my knowledge each year to help better service my clients.
